Lee M. Gopadze

Lee began his career in wireless communications in 1981. He has held a variety of senior executive positions in Marketing, Sales and Operations at the wireless subsidiaries of Metromedia Telecommunications, Southwestern Bell, and AirTouch. From 1997 thru early 2000, Lee held the positions of Corporate Vice President Marketing & Sales, Senior Vice President - Network Operations and Senior Vice President - Corporate Planning & Development at Metricom Inc.

During his early tenure at Metricom, Lee was responsible for directing the company.s marketing and sales strategies to transition from a consumer ISP model to a wireless broadband business to business, wide area Internet access model. As a result of his extensive wireless network operations background, Lee was then given operational control of all site acquisition and network deployment activities for over 1,200 sites in some 20 markets for the Ricochet high-speed network across the United States.

After his departure from Metricom Inc. in early 2000, Lee founded SkyRiver Communications Inc., a license-exempt broadband wireless carrier. Today, SkyRiver operates in multiple markets in Southern California with revenues in excess of $1MM annually. Lee holds a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles and an MA from the University of Southern California.


Alan B. Howe

Mr. Howe has extensive operational expertise combined with 16 years of corporate finance and business development experience. Prior to joining Viseon Partners, he was the CFO of Teletrac, Inc. for six years, raising approximately $200 million in public high yield debt, private equity, and bank financing. He helped lead Teletrac through a complex recapitalization and eventually worked to facilitate its sale to Trafficmaster PLC (London TFC.L), a global leader in telematics services.

Mr. Howe joined Teletrac from Sprint, where he was Director of Corporate Development and one of the initial team members that helped start Sprint PCS. Before joining Sprint, he was an Assistant Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now JP Morgan Chase & Co) in New York where he cross-sold a wide range of corporate finance products including syndicated bank credits, interest rate swaps, M&A advisory services, mortgage financings, private placements, subordinated debt financings, structured finance products, cash management, and trust services.

Prior to his experience at Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Mr. Howe worked at Draper and Kramer, Inc., a large privately held real estate firm based in Chicago. Mr. Howe holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois, and a Master's of Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley Graduate School of Business with a specialty in finance.
